Discounted Studio Time

Lock in your hours at a lower rate than standard bookings. The more hours you commit to, the bigger the discount—Platinum members pay just $25/hr at DLM and $20/hr at Monk!

Flexible Scheduling

Unlike our fixed rental slots, membership plans let you book when you need to. Whether you prefer daytime, evening, or late-night sessions, you have the freedom to schedule at your convenience.

You can even add our in house engineers as needed!

 Priority Booking Access

Members get first dibs on studio time before non-members. This means less competition for slots and a higher chance of securing the time you need.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • No. We have a strict no-smoking policy in all studio spaces. Any violations will result in a cleaning fee and potential ban from all DLM locations. Vaping, however, is allowed.

  • We require at least 24 hour notice for rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, and any paid for slots will be rescheduled to our and your earliest convenience.

  • Yes! Your rental includes full access to studio gear, including microphones, preamps, and outboard equipment etc.

  • Yes. The studio must be left in the condition it was found. A cleaning fee may be applied for excessive mess.

  • Yes. Any damage to studio equipment, furniture, or space caused during your session is your financial responsibility. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

  • Yes. All fixed rental clients must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms, studio policies, and financial responsibilities before beginning their studio use.

  • Yes! Memberships do not include an engineer, so you’re welcome to bring your own. If you require an in-house engineer, regular hourly rates will apply.

  • Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.

  • Yes! If you need an engineer for your session, you can book one separately at the standard engineering rate of $45/hr. This will be an additional charge on top of your membership hours. Availability is subject to scheduling, so it's recommended to book in advance.
